Ostiglia photography exhibition

A convention to celebrate the work of the journalist and writer Tomaso Monicelli, 20-22 April 2007.

Padeticipating in the event, his son Mario Monicelli, famous film director.

On display are the historic photographic archives from the cameras of Dr. Antonio Carreri and his sons Cesare and Augusto Carreri.
Those Carreris, who left such a strong mark on the history of Ostiglia from their house in Via Piave e Montegrappa, are no more; what is left is their important photographic documentation, patiently assembled by Daniela and Cecilia Carreri, daughters of Dr. Cesare Carreri, and last remaining descendants of the family; these photographs are now made available for exhibition to the community of Ostiglia.
